Millet Man Presents

mahāviṣṇu homam

June 22: A homam for Lord viṣṇu is being performed as the second half of the celebration for successfully chanting viṣṇu sahasranāmam on 41 consecutive days in our temple.
pārāyaṇam conclusion

On May 29, to celebrate the conclusion of chanting viṣṇu sahasranāmam for 41 consecutive days, a special abhiṣēkam and puja will be performed for śrī mahāviṣṇu (nārāyaṇa)
miracles of kāṅċi mahāperiyavā

May 3 – 5:00 to 6:30 p.m.: kalliḍaikuriċi S. Kannan, will give a live discourse on the miracles of kāṅċi mahāperiyavā. Free program. Please show your support by attending.
narasimha jayantī

May 10: narasimha jayantī is when Lord viṣṇu appears as a half-man half-lion (Narasimha) to protect prahlāda. We observe this festival with a special abhiṣekam and pūjā for Lord narasimha at 7 p.m.
śankara jayantī

May 1: In observance of ādi guru śankara jayantī, a special abhiṣekam will be performed for Lord dattātrēya at 7 p.m. This will be followed by our Thursday bhajans.
Preserving sanātana dharma

akṣaya tṛtīya

April 29: akṣaya tṛtīya is referred to as the “day of prosperity”. It is an auspicious day for new beginnings such as formal education for children. akṣarābhyāsam will be performed at 7 p.m.
