Chanting viṣṇu sahasranāmam (1008 names of Lord viṣṇu) is believed to bring special benefits, which include increased focus, reduced stress and a deeper connection to one’s spirituality. ēkādaśī is an auspicious day for Lord viṣṇu. So, chanting viṣṇu sahasranāmam on the śuddha ēkādaśī (ēkādaśī during śukla pakṣa – the waxing phase of the moon) can enhance these benefits.
